I completely spaced my blog yesterday... I don't have a good excuse or anything. I didn't even have to work. I guess it was just a lazy day, and there really wasn't anything cool to write about. I did make a really tasty quiche, though. It had hamburger, cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers and onions in it. Donnie found this great site with tons of ground beef low-carb recipes.

Today has gone really well. I don't have the sugar cravings nearly as bad as I did at first. I was pretty sure that my sweet tooth would be my downfall in this whole plan. Also, TODAY IS DAY 10!!! Mom said that it gets a lot easier after the first ten days. Congrats, mis hermanas! We made it! We're officially 1/3 of the way through September. If we can make it this far, I know we can finish out the month. Personally, I can't see going back to my old ways. I haven't had this much energy in a long time. I even got motivated enough to take on my laundry piles yesterday. Granted, I'm not done yet, but I've made a decent dent.
Well, I'm off to babysit for the evening. I will not eat popcorn... I will not eat popcorn...
